David Clipsham, Group Non Executive Chairman

David Clipsham brings with him a wealth of experience in retail businesses having previously held senior positions at Warner, (sales and marketing director) GAME (non-executive director), Our Price Music (chairman), Mercury Records (MD) and Waterstones (deputy chairman).

Bill Bullen, Managing Director and Founder

Having successfully managed the market entry of a leading SME new entrant Electricity Direct has grown that company from scratch to a £250m turnover business. As trading director Bill was responsible for all wholesale purchases and for the balancing and forecasting of demand and supply. In many instances Bill developed own in house systems that resulted in significant understanding of the deployment of IT to minimise cost-to-serve. A large UK gas and multi services company recently purchased that company and he took on the role of Pricing and Product Sourcing Director for a portfolio of over £1 billion sector of that business.
