Utilita will agree a payment schedule with you to cover the costs of its services. Your schedule will be based on your current annual usage. You pay 12 seasonally variable Direct Debits to cover the annual costs.

This means the payments you make will more closely match the energy you use, so for example, the Direct Debit payments in the January, February and March months of Quarter 1 will be more than the payments made in the Quarter 3 months of July, August and September.

We review your usage every quarter when we send you a statement and we will discuss your payment with you if this needs changing.

And don't forget...Dual Fuel customers will receive just the one statement, featuring both utilities.
