Utilita will agree a payment schedule with you to cover the costs of its services. Your schedule will be based on your current annual usage. You pay 12 equal amounts to cover the annual costs.

This fixed amount, paid by direct debit, means you can manage your money more easily knowing in advance how much you need to allow each month for utilities.

We review your usage every quarter when we send you a statement and we will discuss your payment with you if this needs changing.

And don't forget...Dual Fuel customers will receive just the one statement, featuring both utilities.
